RMMC Speakers' Bureau Procedure
Any faculty or visiting faculty member from a member institution may be invited.
Each member institution is permitted to apply for travel support, for one speaker, once every two years. The amount for travel, not to exceed economy airfare, is limited to $800.00. The annual budget limit is $4,000.00 and awards will be given on a first-come first-served basis.
The school contacts the speaker; if he or she accepts the invitation, the school should contact the RMMC office by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and advise the name of the speaker, the amount to be paid, and to whom the payment should be sent (the speaker, the department, or host institution.)
